Haiya delivered the message today at Mpira Village in Chiwembe, Blantyre, during the inauguration of a two-day training course focused on modern coaching techniques.
Addressing concerns of unequal representation, Haiya disputed claims that certain clubs like FCB Nyasa Big Bullets, Silver Strikers, and Mighty Mukuru Wanderers have been over-represented in the national team.

Aubrey Nankhuni, representing the National Coaches Association, commended FAM for organizing the training course, expressing optimism that it will enhance the success and appeal of the upcoming 2024 season.

Milias Pofera, speaking on behalf of fellow coaches, emphasized the importance of applying the knowledge gained during the training for the benefit of their respective teams when the season begins.
The training course is being led by Sinesipho Mali from South Africa.
