Destiny International Church to celebrate 5th anniversary

Destiny International Church in Blantyre will on Sunday 2nd April commemorate its 5th year’s celebrations of the ministry to be held under the theme `The season of upliftment` at its Samaritan hall.

Speaking in an interview, the Senior Pastor of Destiny International Church Apostle Immanuel Chodzeka who is also the founder of the Church confirmed that all is set for the event and people will hear words that will change and transform their lives.

“We would like to invite people from all walks of life to join us in celebrating the day. We expect the move of God in a greater way and also to celebrate the presence of God, as we keep on expanding the church in the five years,” said Chodzeka.

According to Chodzeka, the celebrations will start at 8:30 AM  up to 11:30 AM and will be conducted in a special way to make it memorable as they have lined up many activities apart from sharing the word of God.

“Apart from preaching, there will be dancing, and singing among other activities. Will keep uplifting the name of almighty God, as we are moving higher and higher,” he said.

In a separate interview, Resident Pastor Elijah Banda said the entire church is excited about the celebration’s service.

Banda said his Ministry is one of the Ministries that has transformed people’s lives spiritually, and financially as well as knowledge of the word of God.

“We believe that Jesus is Lord, now we are in serious Ministry serving the Lord under the anointed man of God Apostle Chodzeka who is the Founder of Destiny International Church”.  He said.

The event will also be spiced by Kezia Msitu with music performance, Destiny International Church praise team among other performances.

Destiny International Church was founded in April 2018 and has branches in Thyolo, Mangochi, and Lilongwe.

Plans are underway to open more Branches in other parts of the country.
