FAM President urges coaches for equal representation

Football Association of Malawi (FAM) President, Fleetwood Haiya, has called upon football coaches in the country to prioritize dedication to ensure fair representation of players from all teams in the national football squad.

Haiya delivered the message today at Mpira Village in Chiwembe, Blantyre, during the inauguration of a two-day training course focused on modern coaching techniques.

Addressing concerns of unequal representation, Haiya disputed claims that certain clubs like FCB Nyasa Big Bullets, Silver Strikers, and Mighty Mukuru Wanderers have been over-represented in the national team.

The training course is being led by Sinesipho Mali from South Africa.
