League anchors and debutantes, Baka City Saturday have posted their first win by using home advantage to move one step up after beating Bangwe All Starts 2-0 at Karonga Stadium in TNM Super league encounter in week 11.

Bullets have posted their seventh draw of the season, the most draws of the campaign and their striking force led by Babatunde Adepojo continues to struggle in front of the goal.

Lucky was not on their side, their midfielder, Chawangwa Gumbo could have winded up Lilongwe trip in style if he was more clinical at goal.

He controlled the midfield which his superb defending prowess to the delight of Kamuzu Barracks fans and Ganyu alike. 

Kamuzu Barracks are still second with 20 points six short of current leaders, Silver Strikers while Bullets are fifth with 16 points creating a 10-point gap with the Bankers who have a game in hand against their traditional rivals, Civil Service United at Civo on Sunday.
