Chibuku Products Donates MK3 Million to Institute of Internal Auditors

In a strong show of corporate social responsibility, Chibuku Products Limited has donated MK3 million to the Institute of Internal Auditors Malawi (IIA) to support its professional development and capacity-building programs.

Receiving the cheque on behalf of the Institute was Albert Dambula, Chief Executive Officer of IIA Malawi.
Speaking at the event, Bowler emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting institutions that promote ethical governance, transparency, and accountability.
“Chibuku Products Limited remains committed to empowering institutions that play a vital role in strengthening Malawi’s governance and accountability frameworks. This donation reflects our belief in responsible business and our support for professional excellence,” he said.
In his remarks, Dambula expressed gratitude for the support, describing the gesture as timely and impactful. He noted that the funds would help the Institute in advancing training, advocacy, and the promotion of internal audit best practices across various sectors.
“We thank Chibuku for recognizing the importance of internal auditors in the public and private sectors. This support will significantly enhance our efforts to build capacity and uphold standards of accountability in Malawi,” he said.
