Kell-Kay, Charisma and Zeze  to perform in Mzuzu

Malawi’s most trending artists Kell-Kay, Charisma and Zeze Kingston are set to perform at the ‘Waluza Makina Night’ at Queens Club in Mzuzu this coming Saturday.

The show which will be hosted by Limbani Lungu of Beyond Marketing Agency will bring together three big urban music artists in the country with support from Mzuzu based artists Brown Key and Nekire.

Speaking in an interview, Lungu said that the show comes as a post Easter Week treat for patrons of Queens Club and Mzuzu music lovers.

“Initially, we planned of hosting two different shows but we thought it wise to hold one so that we balance up the audience by bringing Kell-Kay’ fans together with Zeze and Charisma’s in order to create an atmosphere where everyone is going to have fun,” he said.

These are artists who have dished out tracks that are currently enjoying massive airplay everywhere. I, therefore, would like to encourage fans from Mzuzu and surrounding districts to come out and enjoy the show from 7pm till late,” Lungu added.

In a separate interview, Kell-Kay said he has a surprise for Mzuzu fans and they should be prepared to have a musical experience that they haven’t felt in a while.

“We are coming there to perform different genres therefore; fans should expect good music all night long since we are prepared to give out our best.

On top of that, I have a new song which has never been performed anywhere so fans in Mzuzu should come out in large numbers and I promise them that they will not be disappointed at all,” Kell-Kay said.

In his remarks, marketer for Queens Club, Gift Shaba Shaba said the club will ensure safety for all patrons for their entrainment fulfilment.

“It is going to be a night full of fun, security will be tight and I would like to advise our customers to observe road traffic rules and regulations on their way to and from the show,” said.
