Law Commission in child protection drive

The Malawi Law Commission has engaged Dedza based School Health and Nutrition (SHN) teachers and Primary Education Advisors (PEAs) on child and gender related laws to ensure that children are protected from all sorts of abuse.

Maula prison moves 58 young offenders for exams preparations

Maula prison has transferred 58 young offenders who are preparing for their Primary School Leaving Certificate, Junior Certificate of Education and Malawi School Certificate of Education examinations to Bvumbwe Young Offenders Rehabilitation Centre in Thyolo district due to lack of learning facilities at the prison.
