Renowned Blantyre-based Kabula Gospel Project will on July 18, 2025, host the second edition of the Hymns of the Heart Mega Vespers at Crossroads Hotel in Lilongwe, following the success of the inaugural 2024 edition held in Blantyre.

“We are thrilled to bring the next edition of the Hymns of the Heart worship experience to the capital city. Taking this experience to Lilongwe allows us to worship and connect with even more people through the power of hymns,” she said.
This year’s event will feature a unique blend of classical, contemporary, and original hymns, aiming to offer hope and spiritual upliftment.
“With a range of classic and contemporary hymns, this year’s concert promises an evening of spiritual reflection and soulful harmonies to uplift the name of the Lord,” Lizimba said.
She added that the 2025 edition marks a bold step in the group’s mission to share worship hymns with a broader audience, combining passion, harmony, and live recording excellence.
Lilongwe-based singing group The Seraphs will also take part in the worship experience to enrich the event.
Chimwemwe Kamwendo, one of the devoted Christians who attended the 2024 concert in Blantyre, urged Lilongwe residents to attend in large numbers.
“I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the organisers and participants for a powerful and uplifting experience. I encourage others to seek similar opportunities for connection and reflection,” he said.
