Police in Mangochi have intensified efforts to curb vehicle theft after recovering a stolen car, as a trusted mechanic remains on the run and authorities appeal for public cooperation.
Police have decribed Savimbi as a repeat offender with a history of obstructing law enforcement. According to Mangochi Police Public Relations Officer (PRO) Amina Tepani Daudi, police detectives received a tip from community members on Thursday, February 6, regarding a suspect in possession of military equipment, which he allegedly used to intimidate residents.
