With only a day before the commencement of the examinations, MANEB Public Relations Officer Mayamiko Chiwaya said the board looks forward to successful administration of the examinations.
“Today the candidates all over the country have reported at their respective examination centers where they will be taken through rules and regulations for the examinations in preparation for the same,” said Chiwaya.
Without specifically disclosing measures which have been put in place to avoid cheating and any examination related malpractice, Chiwaya assured the general public that the examinations will run smoothly.

“We cannot disclose what these measures are because they are security issues and revealing them to the public would jeopardize the strategies, however the public should be assured that everything is in place,” she said.
She said a total of 160, 586 candidates are expected to sit for the examinations and these include those whose examination fees were mismanaged by their schools’ authorities.
Chiwaya: Everything is set
